BETA SERVICE NOTICE

KweKwe is currently in BETA testing phase. The primary goal of this service is to test market demand, not generate revenue. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we refine our offering based on user feedback. By using KweKwe, you acknowledge that you are participating in a beta program and that service limitations and changes may occur.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KweKwe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KweKwe is a beta service that provides AI-powered telephone system configuration for Canadian businesses. It enables users to set up a business phone system through natural language conversation and provides a dashboard for management.

3. Beta Program

KweKwe is currently in beta testing phase. By using KweKwe, you acknowledge:

  • The Service is provided primarily for testing market demand and gathering feedback
  • Features may be incomplete, contain errors, or work inconsistently
  • Service stability is not guaranteed
  • Features, pricing, and terms may change without notice as we develop the product
  • Data collected during the beta may be used to improve the Service

4. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Service Plans and Pricing

KweKwe offers multiple service plans with pricing calculated per user/seat:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 20 inbound calls per month with AI summaries and call recordings retained for 30 days. This plan is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Free for each user.
  • Growth Plan: $29.99 CAD per month per user providing 6 months of call history and AI summaries, with additional features coming soon including two-way SMS and outbound dialing.
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom per-user pricing for organizations requiring unlimited features, dedicated support, and tailored solutions.

During the beta testing phase, pricing may be adjusted based on service development and market feedback. Users will be notified of any pricing changes with at least 30 days' notice.

Billing and Subscription Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing. Cancellations can be made through your account dashboard and will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

6. Phone Number Provisioning

Phone numbers are provided through third-party providers. By purchasing a phone number through KweKwe, you agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations. We do not guarantee the availability of specific phone numbers or area codes.

7. Data Retention and Usage Limitations

Data retention and service limitations vary by plan:

  • Free Plan: Call recordings and AI summaries are retained for 30 days. Limited to 20 inbound calls per month.
  • Growth Plan: Call recordings and AI summaries are retained for 6 months with expanded feature access.
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited data storage and call volume as per custom agreement.

Additional service limitations may include:

  • Limited availability of phone numbers in certain regions
  • Call quality dependent on network conditions
  • Potential interruptions of service for maintenance or updates
  • Limitations in AI-generated configurations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason without notice. You may cancel your service at any time through your account dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
